Recycling &  Garbage

Find out your garbage pickup day, learn about curbside recycling and yard waste collection by calling Waste Management of the South Suburbs at (800) 964-8988.

Water Billing

You can sign up for automatic payments at the Village Hall or online at orlandpark.org/billpay. For additional questions regarding water payments please contact the Finance Department, Water Billing Call Center at (708) 403-6175. 

Emergency Notification System

The CodeRED® Emergency Notification System notifies residents of an emergency or urgent situation that requires immediate attention. This includes emergency and general notifications as well as severe weather alerts. Residents are encouraged to register for CodeRED® notifications by clicking the link above. The information you provide is used by the Village of Orland Park for notification purposes only. 

Public Transportation

Orland Park residents who commute on public transportation have access to three stops on Metra’s SouthWest Service, which provides weekday and weekend rail service between Manhattan, and Chicago Union Station: 143rd Street, 153rd Street, and 179th Street. For information on station locations and service schedules, please visit Metra’s website at metra.com. Orland Park is also served by Pace bus routes 364 and 379. For more information on Pace’s suburban bus service, visit pacebus.com.

Education

The Village is well-served by public grammar school districts 135, 140 and 146 as well as Consolidated High School District 230. All of the districts are top-rated for performance and equity. You can find out in which district you reside by calling:
