Permit Requirements

A special events permit is required for any activity planned on public property within the village limits or for any event which will require village services, including annual special events (e.g. festivals and parades), promotional events, outdoor pictures on village property, and special sales or advertisements. Refer to Village Code Title 3-9 for details and fees.

Organizations and businesses wishing to host events within the Village of Orland Park are required to submit a completed special event permit application 45 days prior to the event. For more information, please call Development Services at (708) 403-5300. Additional fees apply if the application is received within 30 days of the event.

All events require the Special Event Permit Application.
