Application Requirements

The following is needed in order to apply for a permit:

A completed building permit application
Legible copy of your plat of survey showing location of fence with colored marker or highlighter
Signed copy of Fence Installation Rules and Requirements
Solid fences require an engineering review before a permit can be issued
Permit Fee of $100 due upon permit issuance

Permit is required for installation, replacement, and repair of all fences.

Required Inspections

A final inspection is required upon completion of the fence installation. Post hole inspections are not required for fences. Final inspection requests are not taken over the phone.
