No driveway shall encroach upon any portion of the parkway in front of the adjoining property. The maximum width for driveways for all other uses shall be as approved by the Board of Trustees upon recommendation of the Department of Engineering. Minimum driveway length is 20 feet, excluding right-of-way and sidewalks.
Due to weather conditions in our region, the Village of Orland Park has a cut-off date for exterior concrete flat work. This period will begin on November 15 and extend to March 15 for flat work which typically includes driveways, sidewalks, and exposed slabs on grade. A pre-pour inspection of the base and forms is required. A final inspection is required once the driveway has been completed.
Requests for inspection need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Complete an inspection request online. Inspection requests are not taken over the phone.
