Citizen Access System
The Village is pleased to announce that along with our new water billing system, we are launching the Citizen Access System which provides an on-line payment option to our customers, as well as the ability to access historical information about the customer’s account.

Already Registered?
Go directly to the Citizen Access System and login to pay your water bill.

Getting Started
Although you may have used our online water bill pay system in the past, you must re-register to use the new Citizen Access System. To register you will need the following information:

Registration Process 
Please click here to begin the process of creating your online account.  Your first step will be to click the New User button. You will be asked to enter your email address and password twice, as well as your first and last name.  Once you have entered this information, click the submit button.

Within a few moments you will receive an email message that contains a link to activate your account. To complete the registration process, respond by clicking the link or copy and paste it into your browser. Once your account is activated, you can login with your email address and password.
Upon initial login, click the Manage Account button and enter your six digit account number. If you are responsible for more than one account, you may add additional accounts using the add accounts button.

Not Just For Payments

Our Citizen Access System provides you access to your account information at any time from the convenience of your home or office. You don't have to call us to answer routine inquiries about billing, usage or payment history. You can access the following information at any time:
  • Bill history
  • Current bill and water consumption
  • Payment history
  • Water consumption history
